Delivery, Returns & Privacy

This document sets out the delivery, returns and privacy terms for purchases made on Karnizi.ge.

The site is operated by “Oslo Jgufi” LLC (ID 416369138).

1. Delivery

  • Curtain rods are made to order — to the chosen length, colour and finials.
  • Delivery in Tbilisi — 15 ₾. A courier will deliver at an agreed time once the order details are confirmed.
  • Self-pickup — free. By prior arrangement, the order can be collected from our address.
  • Delivery to other regions is arranged individually.
  • An installation service is available on request (the fee depends on the rod length).

2. Returns & Refunds

  • Because the rods are cut and made to each customer’s individual specifications, they are not subject to an unconditional right of return (under Georgian law, the 14-day return right does not apply to made-to-order goods).
  • If an item arrives damaged, defective or different from the order, please contact us within 5 working days of receipt — we will replace it or refund you free of charge.
  • For a confirmed defect, the amount is refunded to the same card/account used for payment, within the timeframe set by the bank.

3. Privacy

  • What we collect: name, phone number and address — to process and deliver your order. We may send you an SMS code to verify your number.
  • Payments: card payments are processed by Bank of Georgia (BOG). We do not store your card details.
  • Analytics: we collect anonymous usage statistics (e.g. page views) to improve the site; this data is not used to identify you personally.
  • Sharing: we share data only when necessary — with the courier (for delivery) and the payment provider. We never sell it to third parties.
  • Retention & your rights: we keep data only for as long as needed to fulfil the order and as required by law. You may request access to or deletion of your data at any time — email [email protected].

Changes

We reserve the right to amend or update these terms — including prices, timeframes and service conditions — at any time and without prior notice. The latest version published on this page applies.
